Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy establishes the conditions for canceling services purchased on our website, in accordance with GEO 34/2014 and the legislation regarding travel service packages.
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to the legislation in force, accommodation, transport, and leisure activities with a fixed date are, as a rule, exempted from the 14-day right of withdrawal, if the contract provides for a specific execution date or period. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
2. Booking Cancellation Conditions
The refund of the amounts paid depends on the time interval remaining until the start date of the trip:

| Between 7 and 13 days | A fee of 50% of the total value will be retained |

3. Refund Procedure
- The cancellation request must be sent in writing to the e-mail address: [email protected].
- The refund of amounts will be made exclusively through the same payment method used for the initial transaction (to the card from which the payment was made).
- The processing time is a maximum of 14 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
4. Booking Modifications
Any modification (change of name, period, or destination) is considered a cancellation of the initial booking and a re-booking, applying the conditions from point 2.
5. Force Majeure
We do not assume responsibility for cancellations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather conditions). In these cases, we will make every effort to reproduce the service or offer a value voucher.
