The terms and conditions apply to all users of the site. This website is owned and operated by PANDATOUR S.R.L.

 

Due to the dynamic nature of the activity, the availability of offers may change from time to time. PANDA TOUR travel agency is not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise between the information on the site and the information received in the agency. The information received in the agency will always take precedence.

 

Tour operators usually have their own classifications when evaluating an accommodation unit, unless otherwise provided. The classifications displayed on pandatour.ro are our own classifications and are an attempt to provide guidance on the overall quality of the properties in the offer. The universal classifications of tour operators are usually based on the findings/feedback of customers and senior managers from home and abroad. If applicable, official evaluations are given by the authorities in each country and tend to provide an accurate classification based on the relative standards of that country. Therefore, each country has different standards, and it cannot be assumed that a 3-star hotel in one country is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in another country.

 

User rights:

The user of www.pandatour.ro has the right to view the site on the computer monitor, print parts of the site content on paper, and save pages in electronic format only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

Obligations of the user of www.pandatour.ro

You agree to comply with the following obligations, including (but not limited to):

  • financial responsibility for all transactions made in your account or on your behalf.
  • you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to initiate legal actions.
  • guaranteeing the truthfulness of the data provided about you or your family members.
  • not using the site for speculative purposes, generating false or fraudulent reservations.
  • prohibiting the transmission of political, pornographic, racist, or other materials that violate the law.
  • the obligation not to alter, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license, or reproduce the content of the site except for personal and non-commercial use of a single copy of the information contained on the site.
  • the user of www.pandatour.ro does not have the right to use (in the existing or modified form) the content of the site for commercial purposes.
  • the user of www.pandatour.ro does not have the right to remove the copyright and/or trademark notice from copies of the content. Copies will be made only in accordance with the terms of use.
  • the user of www.pandatour.ro does not have the right to create databases or manuals by downloading the content of the site page by page.

 

General conditions for booking and purchasing services on www.pandatour.ro:

Any booking made on the site will be considered as your intention to purchase a specific product or travel service from the Supplier. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from Panda Tour, and the Customer Contract will come into effect.

 

Offers are valid within the available places. Panda Tour is not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise between the information regarding rates and other information on the site and the information received directly from Panda Tour representatives (sales representatives). In these cases, the information received from Panda Tour representatives (sales representatives) will always take precedence.

 

All travel services published on the site are subject to the availability of the Suppliers. The Supplier's terms and conditions (including the passenger transport rules imposed by airlines) will apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of this site.

 

While browsing the site, you may notice references to various conditions applicable to special offers. These are calculated by referring to the standard price. Please read these terms carefully and contact Panda Tour for complete details.

 

The Supplier's terms may include provisions regarding various payment procedures, obligations, cancellations, booking changes, and refunds (if applicable) or other restrictions. Some airlines may impose additional charges. Panda Tour is not responsible for costs that may arise during transfers from one airport/terminal to another. Also, some hotels may collect various local taxes.

 

  • Cancellations/Changes:

Cancellation or modification of the reserved or purchased service will be made according to the Terms and Conditions of each Supplier. If you wish to cancel or modify a reserved or purchased service, it is your responsibility to inform Panda Tour in writing or by phone about your intentions.

 

In certain cases, you may not be able to cancel/modify certain travel services or you may need to meet certain requirements for these actions.

 

Panda Tour or the Supplier accepts all forms of written requests. Panda Tour or the Supplier cannot cancel/modify the travel service before receiving your firm request. You can cancel your reservation through the site in accordance with the Supplier's terms and conditions.

 

In the event of modifying a reservation (including, but not limited to, cancellations, refunds, name changes), Panda Tour reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover administrative costs that may result from this action. These fees differ from the fees imposed directly by the Supplier.

 

  • Payment:

No other payment methods are accepted other than those presented on the site, and we do not assume any responsibility for money sent by courier.

Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by hotels, at the time of booking, you may be required to pay the full or partial amount of the reserved service, and the payment will be made to Panda Tour's account.

Online card payment will be processed by the online payment integrator PayU.

PANDA TOUR does not have access to and does not store your card data; card payment will be processed by the online payment integrator PayU.

3D Secure means a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure Internet transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure page where each cardholder is registered by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV/CV2 code) logos.

Payments for hotels are made in accordance with the above paragraph.

Panda Tour or the Supplier does not assume any obligation to issue tickets, vouchers, or other travel documents in case of non-payment of the ordered services. In any situation, you are responsible for paying the amounts for the ordered travel services.

 

  • Extra-options:

At the time of initiating an online reservation on the site, you will be able to select a series of extra-options/optional services. The conditions for applying these are:

  • Hot catering - can be added at the time of booking or up to 3 days before the actual travel date, for selected travel packages. Based on the payment of this supplement, tourists will benefit from a hot meal during the charter flight organized by Panda Tour.
  • Premium seats - can be added at the time of booking or up to 3 days before the actual travel date, for selected travel packages. Based on the payment of this supplement, tourists will benefit from allocated seats in the first 5 rows of the aircraft during the charter flight organized by Panda Tour. The exact allocation of seats is made at the airport check-in.
  • Comfort seats - can be added at the time of booking or up to 3 days before the actual travel date, for selected travel packages. Based on the payment of this supplement, tourists will benefit from allocated seats in rows 6-12 of the aircraft during the charter flight organized by Panda Tour. The exact allocation of seats is made at the airport check-in.

 

Intellectual property rights:

The materials presented on the website www.pandatour.ro and any information transmitted via email are the property of Panda Tour or its partners in this project, as the case may be, and are protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights.

 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The new European Union law on personal data protection, GDPR ("General Data Protection Regulation"), came into force on May 25, 2016, and became applicable in all EU member states on May 25, 2018. This law represents the biggest change in personal data protection in the last 20 years and has objectives that go far beyond the simple protection of private space.

The protection of your personal data is important to us, therefore, we pay special attention to protecting the privacy of all those who have provided us with their data by submitting data through the contact form on www.pandatour.ro, by participating in events/campaigns organized by us, of those who send us personal data for processing a request, of those whose data has been provided to us through contracts, as well as of those whose personal data has been provided to us by a third party, or to which we have had access from another source, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Please pay special attention to reading the following Policy (hereinafter referred to as "PPD") to understand how your information ("personal data") will be treated.

PPD explains the practices of PANDA TOUR S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "PANDA TOUR") regarding the application of GDPR provisions, as well as the rights you have regarding how your information is processed by PANDA TOUR.

The processing of personal data carried out by PANDA TOUR will always be in accordance with the provisions of GDPR, as well as with the personal data protection regulations specific to each country in which PANDA TOUR operates.

Through PPD, PANDA TOUR aims to inform the data subjects about the nature of the personal data we collect and process, as well as the purposes of processing. In addition, data subjects are informed through PPD about the rights they have.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

"Personal data" means any information or information that can identify you directly (for example, your name) or indirectly (for example, through pseudonymous data, such as a unique identification number). This means that personal data includes things like email address, home address, mobile phone, username, profile photos, personal preferences and shopping habits, user-generated content, financial information, and financial situation information. It could also include unique numerical identifiers, such as your computer's IP address or your mobile device's MAC address, as well as cookies.

 

WHAT DOES THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA MEAN?

"Processing" means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Your personal data that will be processed are as follows: name and surname, email address, phone number, home/mailing address, occupation, and in some cases, the data entered in the Identity Card.

In the case of insurance products marketed by PANDA TOUR as an assistant in brokerage, registered in the Insurance and/or Reinsurance Intermediaries Register under number RAJ-126856, of the brokerage company Fabrica de Asigurări SRL registered in the Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Register under number RBK-756, based in Bucharest, Sector 2, Doamna Ghica street no. 32B, bl. T3, et. 9, ap. 907, with the following contact details: email: [email protected], hereinafter referred to as Fabrica de Asigurări, in addition to the data shown above, other categories of personal data will be processed, including, if applicable, special personal data, necessary to be transmitted to Insurers for obtaining insurance offers and concluding insurance contracts, such as:

Personal identification data, necessary for the valid conclusion of most insurance products and the conduct of the contractual relationship.

Personal data regarding family, lifestyle, and social circumstances, collected in the case of health, accident, and travel insurance products.

Personal data regarding education and professional experience, collected mainly in the case of professional liability insurance and other insurance products.

Personal data regarding business activities carried out by an individual, collected in the case of professional liability insurance and other insurance products.

Personal data regarding health, collected in the case of health, travel, and accident insurance products.

Data regarding owned assets, necessary in the case of RCA, Casco, and property insurance.

Personal financial details, necessary for analyzing the need for insurance and identifying the optimal insurance product, in relation to financial capabilities.

Information regarding location, image, and audio-video recordings of individuals (audio recordings of phone conversations from the Call-Center, IP address captured when using websites and applications), necessary for ensuring the improvement of the services offered, resolving complaints and any requests from you, as well as ensuring the technical functionalities of the online platforms used by PANDA TOUR and Fabrica de Asigurări.

 

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

The personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the "controller") is PANDA TOUR.

 

PRINCIPLES REGARDING DATA PROCESSING

PANDA TOUR undertakes to comply with the principles of personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Principles") provided by GDPR, to ensure that all data are:

  • Processed fairly, legally, and transparently;
  • Collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes;
  • Adequate, relevant, and limited to the purposes for which they are processed;
  • Accurate and up-to-date;
  • Stored in a form that does not allow the identification of data subjects for longer than necessary in relation to the purpose of processing;
  • Processed in accordance with the rights of the data subject, in a manner that ensures adequate security of processing, so that the data are integral, confidential, and available.

 

BASIS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  • For the purpose of concluding and executing contracts - According to art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) of GDPR, personal data may be processed for the purpose of concluding or executing the contract. To be able to offer you our products and services, we need to process personal data that belongs to you.
  • For the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations - According to art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) of GDPR, personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations. We request a series of personal data, including, in certain situations, the personal identification number, to fulfill the obligations imposed by the tax authorities in connection with invoicing and reporting to the tax authorities.
  • For marketing purposes - According to art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) of GDPR, personal data may be processed if the data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. Thus, in certain situations, your personal data will be used to send you marketing messages, offers, news, future campaigns, invitations to various events.
  • In the case of insurance products marketed by PANDA TOUR as an assistant in brokerage FABRICA de ASIGURĂRI, processing will be done based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) of GDPR for the purpose of taking steps on your behalf to conclude insurance contracts and the conclusion of these contracts. In some cases, such as special personal data necessary for concluding insurance contracts, the legal basis will be art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) of GDPR, namely your consent. Also, in the case of these products, the data are processed based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) of GDPR, for the purpose of executing the brokerage assistance contract concluded by PANDA TOUR with the brokerage company Fabrica de Asigurări and the brokerage mandates received from you by Fabrica de Asigurări, through PANDA TOUR. Secondly, the data shown above are processed based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) and lit. f) of GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations or for the legitimate interests of PANDA TOUR and Fabrica de Asigurări or a third party (such as reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority or executing insurance brokerage contracts concluded by Fabrica de Asigurări with insurers), based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. b), c) and f) of the Regulation.
  • For the purposes shown above, PANDA TOUR transmits to Fabrica de Asigurări the personal data collected to the insurers issuing the insurance offers and the concluded insurance policy and may transmit these data to other categories of recipients, such as supervisory authorities or service providers (for example: IT, archiving, legal services, postal services) necessary for the conduct of its business.
  • In the cases shown above at point 4, PANDA TOUR will ensure the existence of the legal basis for processing your personal data, by taking the brokerage mandate for Fabrica de Asigurări or your consent, as the case may be.
  • Considering the obligation of Fabrica de Asigurări, provided by art. 14 of GDPR, to provide the data subject with information if the personal data has not been obtained from the data subject, we inform you, on behalf of

 

Fabrica de Asigurari as follows:

  • Fabrica de Asigurări processes personal data related to you based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. b), c) and f) of Regulation 679/2016, for the purpose of executing the brokerage mandate to conclude the insurance contract, for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations, and for the legitimate interests of Fabrica de Asigurări or the insurers (such as executing insurance brokerage contracts concluded with insurers and executing the insurance contract).
  • Processing, including storage, of data will be done for the duration of the policy's validity and for a period of 5 years from the cessation of its effects.
  • Fabrica de Asigurări will transmit the personal data collected to the insurers issuing the insurance offers and the concluded insurance policy and may transmit these data to other categories of recipients, such as supervisory authorities or service providers (for example: brokerage assistance, IT, archiving, legal services, postal services) necessary for the conduct of its business.
  • As a data subject, you have the right, through any of the contact methods of Fabrica de Asigurări mentioned above, to request Fabrica de Asigurări access to the personal data related to you processed by Fabrica de Asigurări, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of these data, the right to object to the processing of these data, the right to data portability, as well as the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

PANDA TOUR will use the information you provide in the corresponding contact section on the site exclusively for the purpose of processing your request.

By providing any personal data through www.pandatour.ro, you understand and agree that your data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of PANDA TOUR's PPD.

Please note that in order to process your requests submitted in the contact section of the site, it may be necessary, in certain circumstances, to disclose your data to partners with whom PANDA TOUR collaborates and/or other third-party service providers of PANDA TOUR.

However, PANDA TOUR has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data transfer, as well as processing in accordance with GDPR requirements by the aforementioned entities.

PANDA TOUR undertakes not to process the personal data provided for any purpose other than that for which they were transmitted, except in situations where you have given your express consent to use them for other purposes.

Additionally, PANDA TOUR may have access to other personal data through your establishment of a connection with PANDA TOUR, by processing the data communicated following telephone conversations, email conversations, visiting our headquarters to obtain information, etc.

By contacting PANDA TOUR in any of the ways stipulated above or any other method that involves mediated or unmediated communication between you and PANDA TOUR, you understand and agree that your data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of PANDA TOUR's PPD.

 

RECRUITMENT

If you apply for a position within PANDA TOUR, the Curriculum Vitae document that belongs to you or other information you provide will be used exclusively for processing your application and managing the recruitment process. As a result of voluntarily submitting the Curriculum Vitae document to PANDA TOUR, PANDA TOUR will not verify the accuracy of the content, automatically accept the application, or make a job offer.

The Curriculum Vitae document you send will be used only for the internal candidate selection process. We will not voluntarily distribute, rent, or sell your data outside PANDA TOUR, except in cases where we are obliged to share your information with third parties who provide services on our behalf.

 

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data processed by PANDA TOUR may be disclosed and/or transferred to third parties only if you have given your express consent to do so, except in situations where there is a legal/contractual obligation for PANDA TOUR to proceed in this manner.

Please note that it may be necessary, in certain circumstances, to disclose your personal data to partners with whom PANDA TOUR collaborates and/or other third-party service providers of PANDA TOUR.

In the case of insurance products marketed by PANDA TOUR as a brokerage assistant of the brokerage company Fabrica De Asigurări, the data collected by PANDA TOUR will be disclosed to Fabrica De Asigurări for the purposes mentioned above and will be transmitted by Fabrica De Asigurări to insurance companies with which Fabrica De Asigurări has concluded insurance brokerage contracts, as well as to third parties, in order to execute the brokerage mandate received from you, for the purpose of fulfilling this mandate through PANDA TOUR.

Fabrica De Asigurări will provide PANDA TOUR with electronic marketing applications contracted by Fabrica De Asigurări with software providers that meet legal requirements, to allow PANDA TOUR to process your data through these applications, by (for example) collecting, recording, extracting, consulting, and subsequently using these data by PANDA TOUR for the purposes mentioned above.

 

Fabrica De Asigurări will have the following obligations:

  • Will process, on behalf of and for PANDA TOUR, your data through software applications and for the purposes mentioned above;
  • Will adopt all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security for the personal data collected by PANDA TOUR;
  • Will respect the confidentiality of personal data and ensure, through subsequent confidentiality clauses, that this obligation is respected by all persons authorized by Fabrica De Asigurări to process these data for the purposes mentioned above;
  • Will assist PANDA TOUR in ensuring compliance with legal obligations, considering the nature of the processing carried out by Fabrica De Asigurări and the information available to it;
  • At PANDA TOUR's choice, Fabrica De Asigurări will delete or return to PANDA TOUR, after the termination of the brokerage assistant contract, all personal data held in the execution of this contract and will eliminate existing copies, except in cases where the law requires Fabrica De Asigurări to store these data;
  • Will not recruit, without prior, specific, written authorization, other persons empowered (within the meaning of the GDPR Regulation) to carry out processing activities on behalf of PANDA TOUR under the brokerage assistant contract;
  • Will provide PANDA TOUR with all necessary information to demonstrate compliance with its legal and contractual obligations related to the processing of personal data;
  • Will offer PANDA TOUR consultancy, in its capacity as a data controller, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, to the extent possible, to fulfill PANDA TOUR's obligations to respond to requests from individuals covered by the Regulation for the exercise of their rights provided by law;

 

DATA PROCESSING BY THIRD PARTIES, OTHER SITES, AND SPONSORS

The website www.pandatour.ro may contain, at times, access links to other sites whose data processing policies may differ from those of PANDA TOUR.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

PANDA TOUR may retain processed data for various periods, deemed reasonable, in accordance with the purposes indicated above. We keep your data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which we hold the data, to meet your needs, or to fulfill our legal obligations, especially regarding data necessary for concluding insurance contracts.

 

To know how long your data can be retained, we use the following criteria:

  • When you purchase products and services, we retain your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship, as well as for a subsequent period if there is a legal obligation for PANDA TOUR to retain them;
  • If you participate in a promotional offer, we retain your personal data for the duration of the promotional offer;
  • If you contact us with a question, we retain your personal data for the time necessary to process your inquiries;
  • If you have given your consent for marketing, we retain your personal data until you withdraw your consent and request their deletion;
  • If cookies are stored on your computer, we retain them as long as necessary to achieve their purposes (e.g., during a session for shopping cart cookies or session ID cookies) and for a defined period in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.   • Right of access to processed data - You have the right to access the personal data we hold. The first provision of information will be made without charging any fee. If you need additional copies of the information already provided, we may charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing the information. Clearly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests may not receive a response.
  • Right to data rectification - You have the right to request that your data be rectified if they are inaccurate or outdated and/or to complete them if they are incomplete. If you have an account, it may be easier to correct your own data through the "My Account" function.

This means that your data processing is limited, so we can retain the data but not use or process them. This right applies in specific circumstances provided by the General Data Protection Regulation, namely:

  • In response to a legal request, when we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so. Conditions for purchasing and using the "GIFT VOUCHER" Panda Tour

 

DEFINITION
The Panda Tour Gift Voucher is a variable value certificate issued by PANDA TOUR S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as `Panda Tour`), a company headquartered at str. Sf Lazăr 27, et. 1, of. 101, Iași, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/5529/1997, having CUI RO9617078.

 

VOUCHER DESTINATION

  1. The voucher entitles the Beneficiary and/or Holder (the person whose name is written on the voucher) to use the amount written on it only for purchasing tourist packages operated by Panda Tour: Stays, Circuits, Senior Voyage programs.
  2. The voucher holder can request a change of the Beneficiary within the validity period of the voucher.
  3. The voucher cannot be used to purchase: airline tickets, individual accommodations, insurance, or tourist services of other tour operators.

 

VOUCHER VALUE

  1. The value written on the voucher is expressed in euros and can be:
    1. Gift voucher with a nominal value of 100 euros;
    2. Gift voucher with a nominal value of 200 euros;
    3. Gift voucher with a nominal value of 500 euros;
  2. The voucher beneficiary will not be able to receive the equivalent amount written on it. The voucher can only be used for partial/total payment of the tourist packages described in point 2.1.
  3. If the value of the package purchased by the voucher beneficiary exceeds the value written on the gift voucher, the difference can be paid in cash or by any other payment methods accepted by Panda Tour.
  4. If the value of the package purchased by the voucher beneficiary is less than the value written on the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded and cannot be combined with other vouchers.

 

PURCHASING THE VOUCHER

  1. The Gift Voucher can be purchased at Panda Tour's direct sales offices, at the Panda Tour Call Center, or from any of the websites managed by Panda Tour; all subject to the same conditions.
  2. The Gift Voucher can be paid for either in full at the time of purchase or in installments. The number of installments is at the client's discretion, but the due date will not exceed 3 calendar months from the date of voucher issuance.
  3. To purchase the voucher, a down payment of 25 euros per voucher is mandatory. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date.
  4. The Gift Voucher must be paid in full within 3 months from the date of issuance, either by the Holder or the Beneficiary.
  5. The Gift Voucher can be used as a payment method for Panda Tour tourist services only if it is paid in full.
  6. The Gift Voucher will be paid at the value in euros written on it or its equivalent in lei calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of purchase, plus 2% (bank risk commission).
  7. The voucher buyer will provide the name of the beneficiary (passenger/tourist) at the time of voucher purchase, and the issuer Panda Tour will write this name on the voucher.

 

USING THE VOUCHER

  1. The beneficiary (passenger/tourist) will be able to benefit from tourist services 30 days after the due date for full payment of the voucher.
  2. The beneficiary (passenger/tourist) can make a reservation for tourist services at any time after the voucher is issued, within its validity period, as established in art. 6.2 below.
  3. Reservations made before the full payment of the voucher will be canceled if the voucher is not paid in full by the due date.
  4. To use the Gift Voucher, the beneficiary must physically present the voucher to Panda Tour, in an intact state, without any missing parts, cuts, erasures, damages of any kind, and with unaltered security elements.
  5. The Gift Voucher can be used both at Panda Tour offices and at the Panda Tour call center. For reservations made at the call center, it is necessary to send the original voucher by mail/courier to the agent who made the reservation.
  6. The Gift Voucher can be used as a payment method for Panda Tour tourist services only by the Beneficiary or Holder, who will identify themselves at the Panda Tour travel agency with an identity document. Specifically, ID/passport for EU citizens or passport for non-EU citizens.
  7. The gift voucher can be used only once. After using the gift voucher to purchase a tourist package from those presented in point 2.1, part of it will remain with the agent making the reservation as proof of payment.
  8. The Gift Voucher can also be used to purchase tourist packages in Romania, invoiced in lei. In this case, the equivalent in lei of the voucher will be calculated at the BNR exchange rate, plus a 2% bank risk commission.

 

IDENTIFICATION ELEMENTS AND VOUCHER VALIDITY

  1. The Gift Voucher will be printed and personalized with a unique number and series, containing the following information and identification data:
    1. Voucher value (expressed in euros);
    2. Voucher number and series;
    3. Holder's name (to be completed by the sales agent at the time of purchase);
    4. Beneficiary's name (to be completed by the sales agent at the time of purchase);
    5. Date of issuance (to be completed by the sales agent at the time of purchase);
    6. Reservation number (to be completed by the sales agent at the time of purchase);
    7. Due date for full payment (if not paid in full at the time of issuance)
  2. The Gift Voucher can be used as a payment method for Panda Tour tourist services within a maximum of 1 year from the date of issuance, provided it is paid in full within the term established in point 4.2.
  3. If the voucher's validity period has expired and the voucher has not been used, its value will not be refunded or carried over.

 

LOSS, THEFT, OR DESTRUCTION OF THE VOUCHER

The gift voucher is a document for which the responsibility of use lies exclusively with the Buyer and subsequently the Beneficiary. Panda Tour will not replace it in case of theft, damage, loss, or misplacement, regardless of context, motivation, fault, etc.

 

Modification of conditions:

PANDA TOUR S.R.L. reserves the right to modify or change these conditions and undertakes to make them public through the website www.pandatour.ro and any other communication channels it deems appropriate before making such changes.
