Prague, the city of a hundred spires, invites you to get lost among its historical monuments and fall in love with its unique charm. Besides the capital of the Czech Republic, you will discover Karlovy Vary, the royal spa resort, and Dresden, a city reborn from the ashes of World War II. Each destination hides stories and buildings that uniquely blend the past with the present.

Program:

Day 1: Departure to Prague

We meet at 15:30 at the Palace of Culture in Iasi. After boarding, we depart for Prague. We will spend the night on the bus, crossing Romania and Hungary.

 

 

Day 2: Arrival in Prague – Free time

We arrive in Prague in the afternoon. After checking in at the hotel (Krystal or similar), you have free time to explore the city.

Recommendations:

  • Old Town: Visit Tyn Church and Town Hall Tower, places filled with medieval history.
  • Wenceslas Square: A vibrant artery, ideal for shopping and relaxation.

 

 

Day 3: Prague – Karlovy Vary (optional)

After breakfast, we propose an optional excursion to Karlovy Vary, one of the most prestigious spa resorts in Europe.

Main attractions:

  • Mill Colonnade: Built in Neo-Renaissance style, it hosts thermal springs with healing properties.
  • Vřídlo Spring: The most famous thermal spring, with water reaching a temperature of 73°C, used in treatments since the 14th century.
  • Grandhotel Pupp: An architectural gem, where numerous film scenes were shot, including from the James Bond series.
  • Becherovka Museum: Learn the story of the traditional Czech liqueur, known as the "thirteenth spring of the city".

In the afternoon, we return to Prague.

Evening (optional): Vltava River Cruise. Sail on the Vltava River and admire illuminated Prague, including the famous Prague Castle and Charles Bridge.

 

 

Day 4: Prague – Dresden (optional)

Breakfast. Optional excursion to Dresden, an impressive destination with its Baroque architecture.

Main attractions:

  • Zwinger Palace: Known for its art gallery housing Raphael's famous Sistine Madonna.
  • Frauenkirche: A masterpiece rebuilt after the destruction of 1945. The church tower offers a splendid panorama of the city.
  • Brühl's Terrace: A spectacular promenade along the Elbe River, nicknamed "The Balcony of Europe".
  • Semper Opera House: Renowned for opera and ballet performances, it is a symbol of German culture.

After visiting these attractions, we return to Prague.

 

 

Day 5: Prague – Panoramic and walking tour – Return home

After breakfast and check-out, we start a panoramic and walking tour of Prague, guided by its fascinating history.

Included attractions:

  • Prague Castle: The largest medieval complex in the world, symbol of Czech history.
  • St. Vitus Cathedral: The coronation place of Bohemian kings, with spectacular stained glass windows and holy relics.
  • Charles Bridge: Connects the two banks of the Vltava, offering superb views of the castle and city.
  • Astronomical Clock: Every hour, this unique mechanism offers an animated show with the apostles' figurines.
  • Jewish Quarter: Includes historical synagogues and a centuries-old Jewish cemetery.

After the tour, you have free time for last-minute shopping or personal explorations, and in the evening we head home.

 

Day 6: Arrival in Iasi in the morning, depending on weather conditions, traffic, and customs formalities.

 

Informative note:

In case the client is alone and has not paid for a single room, they will be assigned to a room with another tourist or tourists. If by the day of departure the travel company does not have clients who are also alone and have paid the standard price, the client is obliged in this case to pay additionally for a single room.
